About

Hi, my name is Jonelle. I grew up on a cattle ranch in Alberta, Canada, and I have always loved being outside, meeting people and just doing things.

In 2000, I left the country for the bright lights of New York City to work in finance. It didn't take me long to leave the finance industry behind to work in music, TV, film and events. I managed a Grammy winner's record label, produced the TV Series Love & Hip Hop and managed celebrity events for Warner Brothers to Calvin Klein, Justin Timberlake to Jon Bon Jovi. I like the city, but I've always longed to be closer to nature. I met my husband in New York and we moved to Western New Jersey where our family grew to 4 and we spent a lot more time outside.

In 2021 we relocated to Florida, so we could truly live outside all year, and launch Adoozy. We love connecting with others who share our passion for the outdoors and just DOing things. We're excited to build this community of people who like to create and teach and those who like to learn and DO.
